Start free: sign in with your email and a one-time code (no password, no card) and upload a match. Your first three matches and first practice are free and fully broken down for everyone you invite. Every match after that is still cut into rallies for the team, free. Want the breakdown from day one? Buy a pass right here, no free matches required, or add one later from your account in the app.

You sign in first and pick the team the pass is for (and the player, for a Player Pass), so you always see where it lands before you pay. Checkout is by card via Stripe. If you're new, start a team free first, or buy and a new team is made for you. With a Player Pass, everyone linked to that player (the kid, both parents, whoever paid) sees their full breakdown on every match and practice the team uploads. Nothing about anyone else's access changes.

Yourself, any time. Manage billing on your Account page opens Stripe's billing portal. Sign in with the email you paid with to cancel, change your card, or download receipts. A cancelled pass runs to the end of what you've paid for and doesn't renew. The film stays with the team either way. Or just email hello@skyball.ai.

No. The three free matches (and the free practice) stay fully open to the whole team for good. Every breakdown, every clip, every badge earned in them. Match four is the first one where the full breakdown is your player only. Its rally cut is still free.

After that, every match still comes back cut into rallies, up to 20 a month — extras are stored and break down when the month resets, or right away with a pass. The per-player breakdown is behind a pass, and practice after the free one is stored until any pass is live.
• Any pass: 150 breakdowns a year, matches and practices together, from one shared pool.

Accounts are per person and free. Every parent, player and coach signs in with their own email. Family joins through the team's invite link, and nobody pays to watch. A pass is per player, not per login. One pass unlocks that player for everyone linked to them.

Every match, rally by rally, with the team box score. The film is the team's. On their own player they see the teaser, touch counts and the first clip of each highlight reel. Graded touches, trends, the rest of the reels and the badges unlock when a pass points at that player. The team's three free matches and first practice stay wide open to everyone.

Not to run the team. Uploading, rosters, comments and the invite link are free for the owner and any coach they add. Seeing your team's whole roster is a Staff Pass, $49 a month, matches and practices, with up to four seats for your staff. Or the team buys the Full Team Pass and nobody thinks about it again.

Same pass either way. Yearly runs cheaper than twelve months — $199 for the Player Pass, $499 for the Staff Pass. Monthly is there if you'd rather run it just for club season. The Full Team Pass comes both ways too, $99 a month or $999 a year.

Yes. The demo is the actual product loaded with a real, full NCAA women's season. No signup, no email. And your first three matches and a practice are free anyway.

It helps, but it isn't required. Skyball groups each player's appearances and asks you to confirm who's who, numbers or not.

Video is kept 12 months from upload. A pass ending deletes nothing. If you close your program, it stays 3 more months in case you come back, then it's deleted. Deleting a match yourself works the same way. Details in the terms.

By default, yes, with names, rosters and account details stripped first. Don't want that? One email to hello@skyball.ai opts your film out, and nothing about your service changes. It's in the terms in plain words.

We won't hand you a marketing number. Every run reports how many touches it attributed and flags the ones it couldn't place. That's coverage, not a correctness score. The demo runs on real film so you can judge for yourself.

You do. It exports as CSV or as the underlying structured file, any time, without asking us. Video is kept 12 months from upload. A closed program is kept 3 more months, then deleted. See the terms.
