Pricing
Priced per program, quoted directly.
Programs differ in how much film they shoot and how much of it they want broken down, so we quote against your actual season rather than a menu. Tell us what you shoot and we'll come back with a number.
What every program gets
There's no feature-gated tier list. Every program on Skyball gets the whole product — the quote is about volume and support, not about withholding features.
The full platform
Upload, processing, the review workspace, per-session player breakdowns, analytics, film-room playlists, and comments for your staff — all of it, for every program.
Practice and match film
Both run through the same engine. Practice sessions get identity grouping you confirm; matches add team and jersey identification and on-court positions.
Concierge onboarding
We set your program up, walk your staff through the first sessions, and stay reachable while you get going. You are not filing tickets into a void.
Your data, exportable
The touch log exports as CSV or as its underlying structured file, so what you build in Skyball doesn't get stranded in Skyball.
Founding programs
We're onboarding a small founding group of college programs rather than opening self-serve sign-ups. Founding programs get a materially lower rate, direct access to the people building it, and real influence over what ships next — in exchange for candid feedback and patience with a young product.
Questions we get
Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because a fair number depends on how much film you shoot, how much of it you want broken down, and when in your season you start. We'd rather quote you honestly in a short conversation than post a number that's wrong for most programs.
What do you need from us to run a demo?
One practice or match video, and a paperwork step covering the use of your footage before we process anything. We run the demo on your own film — you should judge this on the sessions you actually coach, not on a reel we picked.
Do our players need to wear numbers in practice?
It helps a lot, and numbered pinnies are the cheapest way to get more out of practice film. But identification doesn't depend on it: Skyball groups each player's appearances and asks you to confirm who's who, which works whether or not numbers are visible.
How long do you keep our footage, and can we have it deleted?
Source video sits in storage with a fixed retention window, so we're not going to tell you it disappears the moment you ask. We'll give you the actual retention period and the deletion process in writing as part of your agreement — before you send us any film. If your compliance office needs that conversation first, we'd rather have it first.
Will our film be used to train your models?
Not by default. Processing your video is the service. If we ever want to use your footage to improve the models, that's a separate, explicit, compensated agreement — not something buried in terms you clicked through.
How accurate is it?
We won't hand you a marketing number. Every run reports how many touches it attributed and flags the ones it couldn't place — that's coverage, not a correctness score, and we won't dress one up as the other. The demo runs on your film precisely so you can judge the quality yourself instead of taking our word for it.
Who owns the data that comes out?
You do. It exports as CSV or as the underlying structured file, any time, without asking us. Retention and deletion terms for your source video go in your agreement before you send us anything — see the FAQ below.
