How it works
- Say how many teams you needThe buy page asks for one number. Need 26 teams? You pay for 24 and the free ones cover the rest — it always charges you the fewest that gets you there. Rather talk it through, or need a PO or an invoice? Tell us and we'll set the same thing up by hand.
- Sign in — your teams are waitingAfter checkout you get an email with sign-in steps. Sign in with the email you paid with and your club page is there, holding a credit for every team you bought.
- Set up every team in one goUpload a spreadsheet of your teams, players and coaches — there's a template with the exact columns — or a tournament roster-pack PDF, or just type team names and coach emails. You get a review table: rename a team, fix a coach email, choose which pass each team gets, untick anything. One click creates them all.
- The invites go out on their ownEach coach gets an email with sign-in steps and their team's invite link. Players and families from the spreadsheet land on their jersey automatically, and one invite link per team brings in everyone else, free.

Coaches and families live on their team's page. You get one more page they don't: the club page, where every team you own sits in a single table.

Team by team: how many players are on the roster, which pass it's on, and its invite link ready to copy. Add more teams from the same page all season — the spreadsheet lane stays open.
Flip into any team
You're an owner on every team you create. Hit Open on any row, or use the team picker in the header, and you're inside that team's film room, roster and stats like its coach — then flip to the next one.
Bring in co-directors
Running the club with someone? Add them as a director and they see and manage every team too — same table, same access, no forwarding links around.
What your club gets
Every family
Every match, cut into rallies with the team box score, free for the whole team, always, pass or no pass. On a Full Team Pass team they get the full breakdown too; on a Staff Pass team a $199-a-year Player Pass unlocks their own kid's.
Every coach
Uploading, rosters, comments and invites are free for coaches no matter what. The pass adds the whole roster's graded touches, stats and trends for the staff — the film session, pre-cut.
